Paella and Salmorejo cooking class in Cordoba

We will meet in my tasting room, in the city center of Cordoba, just next to Council Building.
I will introduce myself, and we will go into the wonderful casa-patio to start the workshop.

We will eat 2 dishes from Cordoba, and you will cook by yourself, under our supervision from me or a member of my team, training specially for this activity.

You will be a Cordoba Chef for 1 day. During the show cooking, we will taste 3 different wines from Cordoba, and after we will do a food pairing.

You will cook Paella, that we called in Cordoba “Perol Cordobés”. I will not cook. You will cook, so get ready your notebook for take some tips. Also, I will teach you to make the main dish from Cordoba that you are going to see in all the menus around the city, and after today, this dish will not have secret for you!

I will explain the recipes, the history about the dish, and you will eat understanding what are you eating. You will enjoy also the music of flamenco and the deep flamenco from Spain.
