First in our activity: We will meet in Corredera Square, under the clock of the food Market. We will visit the market and we will start our walk along the foodies spots around the neighborhood.
We will learn more about the Iberico Ham, olive oil, vinegar, water, and flowers and normal life about the cordobesian people.
I will try to give you a background about gastronomical culture in Cordoba.
Second in our activity: We will go to the tasting room, Bag in Box, located in calle Diario de Córdoba. We will start to taste different varieties of olives to enjoy the diferencies. After this we will taste a coffee to warm you up. From something more smooth to more wake up coffee.
Them, we will taste the different olive oils from different varieties from Cordoba. I will explain you everything that you need to know to enjoy in your palate.
Therefore, you will be ready to have a breakfast in Traditional Miller Breakfast, that we called in Spain: Desayuno Molinero (from the Mill) style, and we will explain you what we are doing.
