At 11:00 am our guide will pick up the meeting point. We will move to the traditional market in the Triana neighborhood. The market, one of the oldest in Seville, is located on the remains of the ancient castle of San Jorge, the former headquarters of the Inquisition.
Here, we will make the purchase of the products that we will make ourselves in the kitchen workshop.
We are heading towards the traditional house where a professional cook will teach us how to prepare the most traditional dishes in Andalusia. The house is located 8 km from Seville, it is a house that belonged to the famous flamenco dancer Antonio Duarte. The house, decorated in the Andalusian style, is 190 years old.
After the elaboration, we will taste the dishes that we have elaborated.
