A friend and I had a last minute off day and decided to make the most of it with a wine tour. Joao picked us up at our hotel, took us to two wineries and a tasting room, with a side stop at a tile factory since we expressed interest. He was a constant stream of knowledge, advice and stories - we laughed, learned, sipped and enjoyed every second of the 8 hours we spent with him. My biggest suggestion would be to do this tour on the first day of your trip. We unfortunately did it on our last. The wine at the vineyards was drastically cheaper than the wine shops, and I would've bought much more to have in my hotel room/enjoy while in Lisbon. As it was, I only bought what I could fit in my suitcase home. Also, he gave us so much advice on restaurants and sites to see, I now have to go back again to eat/see what he suggested (luckily I took notes). Thanks for a great day, Joao!

Our tour guide is very sincere and helpful. We visited 3 winery located around Setubal region. All winery has it’s own characteristic in a sense of wine products and environment. Our tour guide did really a great job and the whole journey is full of wine, food and fun
