The good: The tour guide Dave was knowledgeable and tried his best. The bad: 1. We booked English tour, instead on the bus the tour guide was explaining in English & Spanish. 2. There were a lot of people on 2 busses and everyone was very confused which bus to get on. 3. When they tell you 7 monuments guided tour, it means only 3 monuments with tour guide and the other 4 you are on your own. Good luck finding at least one other on your own in Toledo. 4. Stating history facts is a very difficult task and our tour guide, even knowledgeable, didn’t do such a good job. All he did was throw dates and names at us as he was walking and no one will ever remember anything this way. You have to do it with humor and passion, and our tour guide lacked both. We will not recommend this tour or this company.

I have never enjoyed a city tour as much as this one lead by Rocio. An fantastic and knowledgeable guide. We visited Toledo for a number of hours with no loss of time . An excelent and complete explanation of the Greco work of art. I have to also coment on the fabulous end of our tour in the wine tasting store. Ann knows her job very well and gave us a great explanation of the best Spanish wines from the region with small appetizers.

We were a small group of about 15, from various countries with both English Speakers and Spanish speakers. Our guide, Sara, had the amazing ability to speak both languages simultaneously! Sara was great! Knowledgeable, funny and witty. This was a great trip! Also, I had somehow made 2 duplicate bookings, and Sara swiftly helped me arrange a refund.

Let me start with saying Toledo is a beautiful city and I highly suggest a visit. The reason for 3 stars is Bc the information on sites and history could have been better and the “winery” part of the trip was a simple visit to a wine shop on the street. The tour calls for a winery visit but that is not what you get once there. I have been on a number of tours like this and although the ride was very comfortable and tour guide was very nice, the overall experience was underwhelming.

Bus was nice and comfortable and cool and featured wifi. The views were amazing and your guide would stop bus for an aerial view photo. Tour around Toledo was very informative and buildings stunning. The winery is not a winery it is a wine tasting, I was upset at first but then getting off my feet and relaxing in some AC with healthy pours of wine and some good cheese ham and biscuits I wasn't so upset lol. DEFINITELY wear running shoes even though it's not a lot of walking the hills and stones are challenging.
