Our tour guide Inma was excellent and made the tour so enjoyable! She was very detailed and made sure we understood her. One thing we found was the bus service to pick us up at Plaza España was late half an hour and apparently they had to use a replacement bus with no air conditioning. Aside from that, the visit at Toledo was everything we expected. We took the full tour and the food was excellent. The attention we received from our tour guide Inma was top notch and she was extremely responsible paying special attention to kids and seniors. I recommend.

Although urged to be at our meeting point 15min early we in fact left 40 minutes late. There was no introduction on the coach and once we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes for the rest of the group to join us. The 'day trip' to Toledo was in fact about 2 hours actually guided around Toledo. After a mediocre lunch we were abandoned to look around and find our own way back to the bus. Only told to keep going down and ask a local where McDonald's is if you get lost (which several if us did). Back in Madrid we were not dropped off at our starting point. This trip was overpriced and not well organised.

A very comfortable trip, the bus was very good, we enjoyed the guided walking tour, and the guide was very attentive and very good. We had a good time. Perfectly happy

Toledo is a beautiful city and you need a good guide to give you the essence of this city. Thankfully, I and my group had Jennifer - the cheerful and knowledgeable guide who ensured we made the most out of our time in Toledo. She narrated the legends of Toledo both in Spanish and English and was kind enough to answer any questions and didn’t rush through the tour (which is great) Although she had a big group, she managed to keep everyone engaged and curious about the offerings of Toledo. I would highly recommend doing the tour with her.

David was very knowledgeable about everything. My boyfriend was full of questions, testing David’s knowledge and David was more than happy to accept the challenge answering every question he could conjure. My second time on a walking tour through Toledo and I felt as though I’d seen it through new eyes! All around an amazing tour.
