We were very disappointed because we were promptly at our tour meeting place at 10 minutes to 9:00 a.m. as requested by the tour operator, IBE. The tour guide waited for ALL the ticket holders to arrive and did not start the tour until 9:30 a.m. We were freezing cold in the dark, and it ruined our tour. Tours should start on time, and if ticket holders are not on time, the tour should leave with the people who ARE on time. We also felt that Spanish speakers got 75% of the tour, and English speakers got only 25% of the tour.
Must-see if this is the only thing you do in Barcelona
As much as the outside of this cathedral is impressive, you will be blown away once you get inside. This is the most impressive piece of architecture I have seen in a long time. The tower access was fun too. Great views from up there. An elevator takes you to the top and you have to walk down, so not exhausting at all

Very good experience and wonderful guide. Beautiful site and unbelievable place with history that was explained well and entertaining.

The Sagrada skip the line tour was quite enjoyable. David, our tour guide was informative and provided information that we may not have found otherwise. He was very patient and happy to answer questions. He even provided tips as to where to take photos. We never felt rushed.If you take this tour we hope David is your guide.

Awesome structure
The Sagrada Familia is very impressive. You could spend days just understanding all the intricacies of the architecture. The guide was for informative and showed her love of the building. Only negative was the tower was only one way on the elevator and you walked down 400+ steps on a winding staircase with very bad lighting. This was only announce on the tour.
